Peak Human Performance Sports & Injury Rehabilitation Center

We are Here to End your Pain and Discomfort Now

We practice a holistic approach to sports & injury rehab. Providing progress with every session, making you feel stronger, healthier and happier.

We can help you with:

Ankle sprain treatment

Many people try to tough out ankle injuries and don't seek medical attention. But if an ankle sprain causes more than slight pain and swelling, it's important to see a therapist

Without proper treatment and rehabilitation, a severely injured ankle may not heal well and could lose its range of motion and stability, resulting in recurrent sprains in the future.

Tennis & Golfers elbow rehabilitation

'Tennis elbow' is the common term for an inflammatory condition of the tendon that connects the extensor muscles of the lower arm to a bony prominence on the outside of the elbow called the lateral epicondyle.

The condition causes pain at the point where the tendon attaches to the epicondyle.

The pain may radiate to the forearm and wrist, and in severe cases, grip strength may lessen.

It can become difficult to perform simple actions like lifting a cup, turning a key, or shaking hands.

What Our Clients Say:

waseem

Regional Manager

I have been suffering of shoulder pain for 3 years. None of the doctors and physiotherapists I have visited was able to solve my issue.

After just two sessions at Peak my shoulder mobility was reestablished to 100% and the pain was gone for ever. I don't know how to thank Riad and his team for what they did for me.

Florence

Administrator

The top head of my femur was fractured when I was projected against a post during a metro collision. One year after I was still not able to walk properly which was resulting in complications in my hip and spine.

Riad and his team, with their holistic approach, have helped me regain confidence to walk properly. My strength levels sky rocketed, which gave me confidence on my legs. I can't recommend enough Peak to everyone looking to rehab fast.

Masafumi

Engineer

I had an MCL injury while playing soccers where I twisted my knee. Peak's holistic approach is amazing, each time I came in the pain was reduced and the mobility increased. Every session was different and progressive, after three sessions I was able to walk pain free and even start with strength training.

Peak's team is very knowledgable and using tools and techniques not known to every physiotherapist. I'm extremely happy that I'm able to walk and train pain free again in such a short time frame.

Holistic Rehabilitation:

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: What is Peak Human Performance exactly?
Answer: Peak, aka Peak Human Performance, is neither a gym, nor is it a medical clinic. It is a Strength & Performance Clinic which is dedicated to promoting health and performance, both physical as mental.

Question: Can Peak Human Performance Help me rehab fast?
Answer: Normally yes, we are very fast at rehabilitating our clients as we use a holistic approach and advanced manual therapy techniques, which are very efficient at getting you moving pain free in the shortest time frames. However the healing process depends on the kind of injury, how long the exposure to the stress was (example asymmetric sport or uneven hips etc.) and the frequency seeing us.

Question: How can you achieve a faster rehabilitation time than other clinics?
Answer: We use a holistic approach looking into a load of details, things like sleep, stress management, inflammation, nutrition, gut health and resistance training to achieve an overall strengthening. We don’t use medication but we may use natural supplementation to fight inflammation or boost recovery.

Question: How soon after an injury shall I come to see Peak Human Performance?
Answer: It depends on your injury. In case of surgery it is advisable to perform the prescribed rehab with your doctor first. After finished you should come to see us in order to finish your rehabilitation.
In case of a small injury then you can come to see us as soon as possible. We will assess and advise you whether we can help you and using which strategy or if we prefer for you to go and check with a medical doctor or a physician etc.

Question: Do I need to bring my MRI or X-Rays with me when I come to see you?
Answer: Yes please, bring everything you have on your injury. The more we know you the better we can help you out.

Question: Can I park at the Star Boulevard KLCC?
Answer: Absolutely, we usually have plenty of free parking. You can drive in into the payable parking and park near Block 3A, then take the lift into floor 1. After 6pm weekdays and during weekends you can enjoy free parking directly next to Peak Human Performance if you find a free space.
